All tour bookings must be secured with a deposit. Final payment is due no less than 14 days before the tour's start date.

Failure to make the final payment may result in the cancellation of your reservation, and your deposit will be forfeited.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

If you cancel more than 30 days before your scheduled departure, a full refund will be processed, less the deposit.

Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days prior will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

3. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to alter the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions and political situations.

Participants will be notified of any significant changes in advance.

4. Responsibilities of Participants

Each participant is responsible for their own health and safety during the trip.

It is advisable to have travel insurance that covers health issues, trip cancellations, and personal liability.

5. Liability

We aim to provide a safe and enjoyable experience on our tours. However, we are not responsible for loss, damage, injury, or delays caused by others, nature, or events we cannot control.

We highly recommend getting travel insurance to cover unexpected situations during your trip.

6. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to respect the environment, local customs, and other travellers during the tour.

Any behaviour deemed inappropriate may result in immediate expulsion from the tour without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Unauthorised use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

We collect personal information from customers for the purpose of providing our services and for marketing purposes. By providing your information, you consent to its collection, use, and storage.

During the tour we will be taking videos and photos of the participants. Unless otherwise stated beforehand, we reserve the right to use and post these pictures on our website, social media and review outlets.
